Take Clear Photos:
Before photographing the individual repair areas, please take one clear, wide photo showing your entire patio. This helps us understand the overall layout and surface condition. Make sure the photo is taken from a distance that captures as much of the patio as possible in one frame.
After, take a clear, well-lit photo of each damaged area. Make the whole area is visible in each photo.
Please ensure the photos are not blurry or too distant so we can see the exact locations of the damage.

If you would prefer not to upload the files and take the measurements yourself, I can handle this stage for you. For an additional fee of $150 due upon arrival, I will personally visit your site to take the necessary measurements in this early stage of the project, outline the repair or expansion areas, and capture the required photos. Just fill out the contact information and in the “Damaged Area Size Details” section type Skip The Hassle. This service ensures that all details are accurately documented and allows you to skip the measuring process.
Review And Follow up Process: What To Expect
After you submit your information for an estimate, Joe will personally review the details you’ve provided. Typically, you can expect to receive your estimate via email within 1-2 weeks, though in most cases, it will be sent to you sooner. The estimate will include a range of costs for the service you have chosen, as well as a range for any add-ons you may be considering. This will give you a clear idea of the potential costs before moving forward.
Once you’ve received and reviewed the estimate and agree to move forward, If deemed necessary, I will visit the site to confirm all measurements and assess the space in person. During this visit, I will also provide you with a contract package that outlines the full scope of work, initial deposit, expectations, terms of sale, and guidelines for the project. Once the contract is signed and the initial deposit is made, work will begin within a reasonable time frame. We will ensure that every step of the process is communicated clearly, and we’re committed to delivering quality results that meet your expectations.
